An NZQA-accredited Private Training Establishment, Wellcare Education specialises in a range of courses for people working in the health and disability sector.

Wellcare Education’s mission is to provide in partnership, quality education and training for learners that is individualised and responsive to participants’ training needs.

Training throughout New Zealand (at the client’s premises if required) ranges from short courses such as Person Centred Dementia  to a variety of NZQA national qualifications. These include the National Certificates in Community Support Services: Foundations Skills (L2), Core Competencies (L3), Residential (L3), Intellectual Disabilities (L3), Human services (L3). In addition NZQA unit standard training for Workplace Assessors and Workplace Verifiers.

Wellcare understands that people learn in different ways and therefore offers a variety of training methods – on a computer, face to face or on the job – so that people can learn in the way that suits them best.
