  • Our commitment to quality.
  • Our commitment to the service.
  • Our commitment to the future.

Our commitment to staff

We expect staff to be able to deliver high quality services to a diverse range of people.  In order to better support staff to provide high standards of support we expect the following goals to be achieved:

  • 100% compliance to the training requirements for Mental Health Support Workers as set out in our internal learning and development pathway The Learning Journey.

  • Development of a Mental Health Coordinator leadership training package.

Our commitment to quality

Our achievement of both internal and external measures of quality is very important to HealthCare NZ.  The Mental Health and Addiction service will be measured through:

  • Developing and implementing a mental health auditing tool.
  • Achieving certification through DAA Group.

Our commitment to the service
