Freedom Medical Alarms

 Live the life you want

If you have a health condition or live on your own, a Freedom Medical Alarm will ensure that medical help is just the push of a button away.

With a Freedom Medical Alarm, you will gain a direct link to an emergency ambulance service that is monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Our medic alerts are reliable, waterproof and easy to wear as either a watch or a pendant around your neck – and they will work no matter where you are in your home or garden.

If you activate your alarm, a specialist team will phone you to make sure that it wasn’t set off by mistake and will send an ambulance to your home if you don’t answer.

The ambulance team will arrive ready to assist you, having accessed your medical history and home-entry details through our confidential database.

We’ll then make sure that everything is taken care of and will call your family, healthcare provider, ACC and any other contacts you have listed.

Having a Freedom Medical Alarm will give you the confidence you need to live independently in your own home, while putting your family’s minds at ease.

We are a Work and Income NZ-accredited provider of personal medical alarms, and funding is often available for our service.
