Home and aged care

If you or someone you love needs high-quality support, we can offer you a full spectrum of care in your own home, closer to your family, friends, favourite activities and community.

Our professional team of nurses and support workers has the skills and knowledge required to meet your needs, regardless of your age or of any injury, illness or disability that you may have.

We will work alongside you and, if you wish, your family/whānau, to create a personalised package of care that enables you to enjoy maximum wellbeing and independence.

Depending on your individual needs, this may involve:

 personal care

from grooming and dressing to support with bathing, showering, mobility and toileting

housekeeping and domestic support

including help with everyday tasks such as cleaning, vacuuming, washing, grocery shopping, meal preparation and dishes

goal-based support

with our restorative programme of care, Good to be Home, enabling you to develop greater strength, mobility and confidence and to be more socially connected and involved in the community

nursing services

that meet your short-term or ongoing medical needs - read about our community nursing services

We support people of all ages, from  medically fragile children through to adults, the elderly, and people with a long-term condition.

Our services are available throughout New Zealand, including many rural areas, and are free for eligible New Zealand residents. We also support privately paying clients.
