Louise leads and supports strategic planning and service and programme development across all Healthcare NZ’s operating divisions. Her portfolio responsibilities include service design, quality improvement and risk management, strategic business development, marketing and communications, and clinical advisory services. She also works closely with cultural advisers, including the organisation’s Māori health leadership group, Te Ahi Kā.

Louise has more than 30 years of experience in both public and private organisations, in the health and financial services sectors, specifically in relation to strategy, investment and product, service and new venture development. Before joining HealthCare NZ in October 2017 Louise was Head of Business Development for Counties Manukau District Health Board.
