Head of People and Culture

Tom was appointed Head of People and Culture at HealthCare NZ in January 2017. He is an experienced senior manager with particular skills in executing strategy, leadership and growing positive relationships. Tom’s background is in education, including training design and delivery to New Zealand and Australian companies, and is a member of the Human Resource Institute of NZ.

Prior to joining HealthCare NZ, Tom was HR Director at St John from 2001, and also held a senior Human Resources management role at the National Bank of New Zealand.
