HealthCare NZ is delighted with the Commerce Commission's decision to approve our application to acquire Geneva HealthCare Limited Group (Geneva).

This will strengthen our delivery of home and community-based health services by increasing our ability to enable more New Zealanders with illnesses, injuries, disabilities, and older people to continue to live their lives supported in their homes and in their local communities.

For the foreseeable future we plan to retain all of Geneva’s clients and staff, including Jo Wallis as Chief Executive.
