Positive Behaviour Support Facilitators Programme (2-Days)

This programme covers the essential knowledge needed by anyone who provides direct support to people whose behaviour can challenge. It builds a basic understanding of the values base and practice of Positive Behaviour Support.

Positive Behaviour Support Coaches Programme (4-Days)

This programme is for staff and caregivers who not only want to extend their practise in PBS but also support colleagues to apply the principles and strategies of PBS.

The coaches programme consists of an initial 3 days of training that expands and builds on concepts taught through the positive behaviour support facilitators training. Trainees develop a project and action plan that they can then work on when they get back to their service with ongoing consultation and support from our experienced trainers.
