To assist the Government’s COVID-19 response we’re providing healthcare professionals and care workers at the frontline confidential access to psychological health and wellbeing support. Supporting the resilience and wellbeing of New Zealand’s frontline health and care workers, is a priority. That is why we are here to take extra care of you, the people who are taking so much care of us.
While we acknowledge the resilience of our country’s frontline health workforce, we’re also aware of the increased pressure in these unprecedented and uncertain times. The current situation is stressful and it’s normal to need some support to help you through. Worries about your own frontline exposure and the potential impact on families and whānau is only natural.

Our service is flexible and works in with what you need, whether it’s a one-off appointment or across several sessions.
