To assist the Government’s COVID-19 response we’re providing healthcare professionals and care workers at the frontline confidential access to psychological health and wellbeing support. Supporting the resilience and wellbeing of New Zealand’s frontline health and care workers, is a priority.  That is why we are here to take extra care of you, the people who are taking so much care of us.

While we acknowledge the resilience of our country’s frontline health workforce, we’re also aware of the increased pressure in these unprecedented and uncertain times. The current situation is stressful and it’s normal to need some support to help you through. Worries about your own frontline exposure and the potential impact on families and whānau is only natural.

If you’re a frontline healthcare professional or care worker and you think you’d benefit from being able to talk to someone in a safe, supportive and confidential way, we may be able to help.

It is as simple as calling us and we’ll connect you to one of our specialists at a time that suits you.

Call us today on 0800 820 080.

Our support line is open Monday – Friday 9:00am to 7:00pm. It’s as simple as calling to book an appointment with one of our experienced team of therapists for a time that works for you. Our service is flexible and works in with what you need, whether it’s a one-off appointment or across several sessions.

We want you to be assured that this is a confidential service. We will:
