Lindie is a seasoned registered nurse with a career spanning back to 2003, boasting a diverse background that includes pediatrics, emergency medicine, primary healthcare, well baby, family planning, and employee wellness. With extensive experience across various roles in home and community care, including clinical management and oversight, Lindie has most recently served as General Manager for Service Delivery at HealthCare NZ.

Her wealth of knowledge and expertise make her a valuable asset in actively contributing to the well-being of our clients, assisting with the strategies to enable clients to live their best lives. Lindie’s influence and respect within the sector are evident through her leadership in developing industry guidelines, further solidifying her reputation as a trusted professional in the field. Saurabh has been a dedicated professional in the operational environment for 15 years, bringing with him a diverse background that spans frontline customer servicing, learning and development, and various leadership roles. His extensive experience in managing change and people has been a cornerstone of his career, culminating in his recent transition to the role of General Manager – Operations in mid-2024.

In his current capacity as General Manager – Operations, Saurabh provides leadership and oversight for Healthcare New Zealand’s team of high-performing leaders within the Operations Team. His passion for delivering exceptional customer service and fostering innovation drives his approach to leadership.

Saurabh is committed to ensuring that a premium customer experience is at the forefront of the organization’s operations. He leverages innovative practices to work sustainably and achieve outstanding outcomes for clients. Operations Team continues to excel, reflecting his unwavering dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Michael started as Quality Team Lead at Geneva Healthcare and HealthCare NZ in late 2022, with a wealth of sector experience behind him. Over the course of his six years in the healthcare sector Michael has held a variety of roles across multiple health organisations and agencies, working on areas such as eligibility and access for Tāngata Whaikaha. He has also had a strong focus on care evaluation and recommendations to improve service provision for Tāngata Whaiora across the motu.

Michael is driven by his passion for positive change and equitable outcomes: he is a firm believer in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, upholding patient rights, and recognising that innovation is essential to meet the ever-changing needs of our kiritaki and their whānau.
